If you have any problem with the item/s you purchase , we are here to help. Please kindly follow our procedures regarding Return / Exchange items or Refund terms. 

1. ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/ EXCHANGE / REFUND 

- If item/s are defective or damage when you receive them.

- If you receive a different size, color or item/s name as mention in your order details. ( For Ex, if you order size S and you receive size M )

- If you have not receive the item/s within 60 Days from your purchase date.

2. RETURN / REFUND TERMS 

- If you are eligible for return / refund as mention in ( Case 1 ) , Please contact our customer service info@diosa-divina.com within 7 days after you received package

- Items have to be send back within 10 days after you receive our customer service return confirmation.

- Items have to be in the Original packaging 

- Items Tags should not be removed 

- Provide us with the tracking number for the Return items. ( Return Shipping cost will be at Your own cost )

- Amount will be refunded to your original payment Preference ( ex. If you pay with credit card , will be refund to your credit card )

- Refund will be process once the item/s arrived to the sender / store address. 

*Kindly note that once you've purchased item/s, your order could not be cancel for refund unless it's eligible as mention in ( case 1 ). As buying in our Store means agreeing with Diosa Divina policies that have been set. Please kindly read our policies before confirming you order.
